Check in was quick and easy. The bar and restaurant was pleasant and friendly staff. The garage elevators were out but they had a prompt elevator service. The rooms were clean but nothing fancy.
My stay last week was great. I was a bit nervous after reading some reviews but I didn't have any major issues. The bed was very comfortable, I loved having a tub, and the location very walkable. The coffee market is very convenient as well.
Me and my husband staying at this hotel and we feel like kings… customer service is top, room service is optimal, they have self parking for people who rent car $30 dollars with in and out privileges, the breakfast here is buffet and on the menu, they have great variety and healthy options, our room was in the 20th floor and we heard any noise outside, we have refrigerator in our room. Safety box inside the room, bathroom with . Literally you will feel like in a 5-star hotel, totally worth out vacation and happiness

I came here with my wife a couple of weeks ago for their company party. We had a great time and found the hotel to be very nice. All of the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The staff here was exceptional. I am probably going to misspell everyone’s name. Vuval from Azerbaijan and Romero and more I wish I could remember. However, we will be back. My son had a soccer tournament and they placed top. They were all rooting for him . Very gracious and kind.
